Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sharebite Passport at 81% against Stock Plan's 13%. Sharebite Passport also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Stock Plan's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (7.7K vs 87). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Stock Plan holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stock Plan has 7.7K ratings behind it against 87, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Stock Plan's written reviews are positive against 81% of Sharebite Passport's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Stock Plan ships an update every 2 months, Sharebite Passport weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
