Decent app. Could use some improvements.
The app is fine. It does what it needs to do. There’s a couple issues though.
First, if I’m logged in and then get logged out due to inactivity, when I return to the app and try to use biometrics to log in again, it attempts biometrics but then immediately returns me to the back to the login screen.
Secondly, and honestly more annoying… a recent update has caused the current stock price to be rounded to the nearest whole integer. This is frankly just incorrect. Why round a stock price? Please fix that.

unable to connect to server
simply doesn’t work
App always Locks me out!
I have called so many times to reset my locked account and again every month it gets locked! So many representatives suggested trying to keep logging in every few days to avoid that and still locked! I have 2fa and authenticator set and password is also saved, the same stops working! This happens for more than a year and half now. Terrible app! Would not use if employer isn’t forcing me too!

Worst financial app
Hard to think of an app that's worse. Very basic and frequently gets an error saying it can't connect to the server. I have several otter financial apps installed, none are this bad.
Why not enable face recognition logging

Kinda works
The app displays your stock information well enough, in a very basic way, but it has a number of issues. The biggest bug I’ve found is that if you try to do a transfer but haven’t added a brokerage account (through the website, it’s not supported on the app like a number of other features), the app gets stuck. There’s no back button, so you have to clear the app out of memory to use it again. Poor and thoughtless design, very disappointing from such a large financial firm.

Very useless app. Forgot testing basic flows? Also, too shy to receive complaint email?
It keeps preventing me adding bank account, saying that I don't have phone number associated. Clearly I have it. And I also modified it and added more numbers in case they could be happier, but sadly the system is consistently useless.
How to reach out to you to report all these issues? Why every time would require people to call? Very wasting time, and adding more uselessness.

Stock plan connect offers the absolute worst in global , Jamie dimon needs to wake up and provide basics, every time some stupid policy changes and the app gets locked I have to make am international call during USA east am hours to get support, heard of WhatsApp, Chat, or global support Morgan Stanley ??

Does not work!
Never been able to log in… EVER! Just hangs after the 2FA code.

The app and Morgan Stanley are awful. I am trapped using this terrible app and company because my RSUs and ISOs are handled by MS. I truly hate having this relationship with a company that does not have any consideration for the end user. There is no way this app legitimately has 4 star reviews. When logging in, I have enter password followed by authenticator code. When I switch to the authenticator app and back, MS app reverts to password prompt. STUPID STUPID STUPID workflow not tested by devs.

It happened suddenly after I transferred all stock to my Fidelity account. I wonder if that had something to do with MS locking my account and requiring me to call them to access MY STOCK, MY PROPERTY, MY MONEY?!

Broken
Used to work fine. Now when clicking an account (after successfully logging in) I get “Error”. Even though I can go ew the account on the web, and even after removing and re-installing the app.
