6! Calls to Customer Service & Card still BLOCKED!

Would give Fidelity HSA card & their customer service a “ZER0” if it was possible!
My wife’s card has been blocked for the last week. She and I have both called multiple times!
Every customer service rep gives a different story!
Oh your card is NOT blocked! Then go to use it & it wasn’t go through with over $6K in account! If these clowns can’t be trusted to figure out a simple HSA Debit card would NEVER TRUST them for any financial help or services!
They are really terrible! The one customer service representative kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me give her the information she said she needed!
Just terrible customer service & a DISASTER to work with!
After 6 calls & much time on the phone with several reps the problem is still NOT SOLVED!
