Easy to reimburse yourself for related expenses and also saves receipts for you after you reimburse yourself. All in all a good user experience
Can’t upload receipts
Every time I try to upload a receipt, I get a message “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Same problem for years. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Would give Fidelity HSA card & their customer service a “ZER0” if it was possible!
My wife’s card has been blocked for the last week. She and I have both called multiple times!
Every customer service rep gives a different story!
Oh your card is NOT blocked! Then go to use it & it wasn’t go through with over $6K in account! If these clowns can’t be trusted to figure out a simple HSA Debit card would NEVER TRUST them for any financial help or services!
They are really terrible! The one customer service representative kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me give her the information she said she needed!

Fidelity HSA app
This is an extremely easy user friendly app that keeps track of reimbursements. Highly recommended.
Health Savings Account
I knew nothing about the HSA on my insurance plan but Fidelity made it simple and gave me the information needed to reimburse me medical bills that I had paid cash for which was around $800. I am thankful for my HSA $800 may not seem like much to some but for me it’s food in my kids mouth so a big shout out to fidelity thank you

Clunky debit card activation process
First off, I couldn’t use the website, the link after logging in told me I could not access it. It directed me to get another Fidelity app. I already have two others including NetBenefits. To add my digital card to my Wallet I had log into my Apple account through a web view even though I’m literally on an app. It asked me for a code which I then have to memorize in order to plug it in. It worked at the end, but wild how the transition to apps means websites don’t work, and then then app uses a website anyway. It feels really lazy, I’m frankly amazed it works.

It is easy to use and aside from you monthly contribution from your employer you can invest the funds to gain more money.
Useless
This app is supposed to make it easier to do things like submit receipts for my FSA account. However, whenever I attempt to do this either by uploading a photo or taking a picture, it produces an error. This app creates more frustration than useful service.
Easy use but difficult to print from
I like the convenience of the app. When I am tracking reimbursements I would like to be able to print them for tracking purposes. Thank you.

Unworthy of the Fidelity name
I’ve never even been able to log in to this app. I enter my Fidelity credentials and I get a generic error message saying “try again later or contact us.” Fidelity is a great company with great customer service. I cannot fathom how this broken app even exists.
Annoyingly timed update
Anyone who forced an update on tax day got a 1 star review from me because it’s inconvenient
When it works, it’s great, but it’s usually not working
When this app is up and working, it’s a wonderful way to keep track of all your health claims. Unfortunately usually the claim area is down. It has been this way for honestly over a year. Every once in a while, it comes back and gets fixed and then today it’s down again. I don’t understand. This is a key feature of the app and it’s barely ever available and thus I need to go on the website instead. Please fix this issue.

They will steal your money the first time you try to use it
Selective scammers. I just opened an HSA with them, put $1800 in it. I went to the dentist today and tried to use my debit card, 17 cents went through. Now I can’t log into my account, and they won’t answer the phone. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!
Take a photo did not work
I was only able to attach a photo from library vs taking a photo which then it signed me out to go take a photo and come back in and had to redo it all again. Other than that it was easy and great.
