I'm in the same purgatory as others who are being directed to use Netbenefits. Several calls to support. They seem unaware of the problem and pretty clueless about the app. While you can use website to do what is needed, the app workflow is much superior.
Consistently fails to load claim info
The app has an extremely low success rate loading my claim information. Success is about once every two or three months. It makes tracking and paying bills impossible.

App has an attractive, modern interface. Easy to use and navigate. Love the streamlined experience for reimbursements and receipt records!
Easy Reimbursement
I recently started using my HSA funds, and it’s very easy to pay with a credit card then reimburse yourself after. You can add a picture of the receipt if desired. I like the ability to document it.

Thank you for making it so much easier to snap a quick picture of my receipt and completely label it in so many categories for my tax records!

I’m receiving email notifications about my account but there are constantly errors in the app, the email will not list personal details for “security purposes” and the app won’t show me any notifications related to my account so that I can figure out what the notification is for, it just says “content error” and this has been going on for weeks, even after two app updates.

Was 5 star until recent update
I can’t login to my account and load/view receipts anymore . I just get a message about NetBenefits login. I can login to regular Fidelity app just fine, but the health app doesn’t work for my Fidelity HSA.

Not sending money
It sends a confirmation but the money is never sent! It took me weeks to realize this when the check never came, leaving me short to pay medical bills on time. I’m told by a rep they know it’s broken, but in my opinion not fixed with enough urgency as it is leaving user unable to access funds for medical care and unaware of the issue while using the app. For a company that manages peoples money, I would except more reliable and secure technology!

Stopped working
The app was fine until August 26th. A new version was published after which authentication always fails while continuing to work in the Fidelity app
Easy to Use APP
I JUST USE THE FIDELITY HEALTH APP AND MADE IT SO EASY FOR ME TO REIMBURSE MYSELF FOR AN OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSE AS I WAS PAYING FOR MY VISION BENEFITS. THIS WAS FANTASTIC THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Version 2.39.12 is not working either
Update is not working on my iPhone iOS 26.6.1. I have not been able to access my HSA account through the app since the last two updates. Please fix this.
Declined Almost Everywhere
The reason I use this app so much (which functions well) is because I have to request paper check reimbursements for so many HSA eligible items and locations (sunscreen, pedialyte, dermatologist office??!). Ridiculous they overuse technology that results in more effort for users.
Version 2.38.25 is not working
I’m not able to access my account to save receipts. Please correct this issue.

Not able to log in
Error message says it can’t access my account(using my Fidelity.con credentials), asks me to log into NetBenefits - I don’t even have a netbenefits account now and my Fidelity HSA is self funded, why should I download the NetBenefits app and try login from there?
