Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
My brother passed away last year and he had several accounts with Fidelity. They did not send us any tax forms prior to tax season, which they are legally required to do. Then when we called and requested them, they will only send tax forms for the new inheritance accounts that they’ve created and refuse to send us copies of his actual statements. We have been dealing with this for over a year and a half. The customer service is an absolute joke and sometimes they are quite mean. I never get a straight answer from anyone, i’m never given a direct phone number for anyone, I’m forced to call the main line and get transferred eight times explaining the worst thing that’s ever happened to me to literal strangers over and over again only to not accomplish the thing that I called about anyways. It’s become such an infuriating process that I myself I’m going to withdraw all of my funds from their company so that I never have to speak to anyone at this terrible institution again. To treat people who are grieving in such a callous manner is literally unconscionable and disgusting. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

Can’t use app any longer
Unable to update iOS, and fidelity no longer supports older version of its app. Not everyone wants to update their phone everytime an update comes out.
