The most basic option calculation of cost basis gain/loss is totally wrong, how can this latest version app passed the QA for release?
Worst UI Ever.
Add an option to revert back to the classic view, whatever absolute nonsense I just saw logging in makes me want to beat the developers with a wooden club.

Give me an option to go back to the old UI. I can’t see my portfolio with these obnoxious UI changes. Please STOP it
Critical Bugs! Can’t view open orders
Today open orders stopped showing on website and mobile app I use to day trade!!! I called and he is not aware! I want compensation contact me!!!
Don’t Update
Thìs latest update is terrible. Why do you guys keep changing the interface look when traders are getting use to the interface. Every single time you guys update it makes it usable. Stop doing unnecessary updates!!!!
New update
Just updated the app because it forced me to. I tried to login and it keeps refreshing for me to re-enter my login information again and again. Never lets me in. 15 minutes later the notification pops up and says Ive been logged out. I was never able to get into my account but somehow I was logged out.

Needs bugs to be worked out
Recently fidelity changed the look of their app and its been causing so many issues including not reflecting the accurate balances and profits losses in real time, its lagging substantially and sometimes wont allow you to log in even with the correct credentials
App issues.
There are glitches. Certain ETF’s or items I click on freeze the entire app.

July 14th All my personal accounts were unavailable for transfer of funds. No prior written notice, no communication from Fidelity as why only speculation by employees and management. No answer when process of review would be complete. No answer in what provisions in our agreement allow such grievous behavior.

My question
Why do yall keep changing the layout?
This update changes the way it shows stuff. Instead of seeing the usual red around my investments only the tiny ticker symbol shows red which is harder to see. Bring back the full color ticker blocks.
Also, when clicking into the tickers I’ve purchased why are there so many tabs that are not intuitive? It feels like trying to invest in a sophisticated app because it’s a financial app instead of having everything easily viewed. Sophisticated so rich people can feel emotions over something is the vibes it puts off.

The order platform is very cumbersome when wanting to extend orders to after hours. You have to reenter the order.
Great analysis tools
Love the variety of analytical teams provided by the Fidelity app. I can track everything from the performance of my investments to my daily spending and I can check my activity and Investments anywhere on the globe.
Busy Interface
15 July 2026: I have provided feedback in the app. Multiple times over the last few years. Last time I called and the rep told me if I didn’t like it I should leave. So I am.
Original review: The portfolio is too busy/clunky for me. Might look better on an iPad, but for an iPhone, too much. Also, I cannot access monthly statement via the app. They tell you to login to the website. Not as secure. And why am I logging in twice when every other brokerage app allows access to statements? Already closed one account and moved to Schwab. Second will happen soon. I travel a lot so I value app functionality.
Fidelity is a solid investment company, but their developers are trailing competitors.

Fidelity Rocks
The Fidelity app is so easy to navigate. Everything is intuitively positioned to make trading fluid and easy. The amount of information available is second to none.
I would whole heartedly recommend trading with Fidelity.

Buggy and clunky
They have a Home Screen widget that shows account balances, but you have to go in to the app to enable it. Clicking the button to enable it in app, does nothing but show a never ending spinner.
Face id
I use face id for everything, used it forever. One day i cant use it so i use the password, now i say goodbye to my $170 dollars. Give me a damn refund or fix your sorry excuse of “security”
