This app has become inconsistent and buggy
So disappointed
You should fire whoever redesigned this app. So much worse than before. Worst trading app I’ve ever used now. It was great before. No way to change back now either. I couldn’t stand Robinhood app before but now yours makes theirs look great. Slow, freezes, Face ID no longer works, the layout is awful and hard to find what I want to see. It used to be simple with all the info easily accessible without constant scrolling left and right.

Slow deposits
Deposits from other banks take a long time to clear. Fidelity’s explanation is to protect customers from fraud. However, I have used several platforms, and Fidelity by far takes the longest.

With all of the updates in the past year you took away the ability to update values by swiping down. It’s frustrating not to see how the market is doing closer to real time

Limit of liability scam
Why would anyone agree to limit liability for Fidelity’s failure to safeguard my account. What a scam!
Buggy and annoying
I don’t know why I keep using Fidelity. This app is very buggy, it’s hard to navigate, to set alerts, they constantly are changing the interface so it’s hard to use.
Convenient and trustworthy
Using Fidelity to manage my stocks provided me a convenient and trustworthy method of managing my money. The article articles and resources have been extremely helpful.
Really gone downhill
I am a long time user and it has been sad to see the fidelity app and services get so much worse these past few years.
Core functions like depositing a check with multiple names on it do not work. And if you call 10 times you will get 10 different explanations as to why.

Hard to navigate
It’s hard to navigate this app. Ease of use is not a strong point here. I would love if this was much more user friendly! Unfortunately due to this I am not a fan and don’t put much in to it :(
