The positions portion of the old application was a lot easier to navigate the important information
Easy to understand and easy to navigate. Can do majority of things (not all) that you can on the regular website. Updates many times per year with improvements in content and bug fixes. Would recommend for any Fidelity customer.
Love this app. 2 weeks ago I knew nothing about the stock market and this app has really helped me read and learn what’s going on. I havnt invested yet but will be soon once I become more knowledgeable about what I’m doing but as far as the app it’s great especially for beginners.
The Fidelity app used to be one of the best financial apps available. The one I would compare others to when, for example, the Vanguard app got so awful. But now Fidelity has become almost un-navigable. The presentation is clunky and the options for financial transactions are very limited. Well, that or do obscurely hidden that it’s worthless. Very disappointed.

It sucks big time. Can’t wait to move to Schwab or anywhere else.
Constant trouble signing on with computer. Recognize this site does not work. Never text code to my phone. I am thinking of transferring my account to Schwab
Simply the best - Everything starts with planning- they care deeply about customers and employees- representatives are available to assist at virtually any hour. You may have $100 or $100 million Fidelity can help you with your investment goals.
Fidelity Widget Stopped working since July 26th, 2026, iPhone 16 pro. Hope it will be fixed soon. And, improve the testing tools so that basic functionality will not be broken.
I jumped on Fidelity and started making my own investments and realized how much I’ve missed out on. I’m 62. It’s never too late to start. Fidelity is easy to navigate and understand. I highly recommend opening your own brokerage account and learn to manage your own money!
The widgets do not work. They are constantly broken.
Was a great app. Latest version freezes when I choose “activity”
I would prefer to have trading icon on all the pages in the right hand upper corner
The newest update. Has removed multiple features. And now frequently crashes and fails to load pages, such as when I jump to activity. Very disappointing and surprising, it’s an investment app and now doesn’t show for individual accounts a chart and crashes frequently. Very disappointing
Fantastic website and platform. Cannot recommend highly enough!
The app allows great flexibility to see how my portfolio is doing, make trades, and use tools like charts and indicators.
I don’t like new updates when move to the left I can’t see the fun names
Impressive and easy to master
Bad deist
Nice
I get booted out of the app when I’m already in it, have to sign back in. I’m scrolling
