MyNaviLife is a calm, gentle daily-living companion for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities — and a simple dashboard for the family members and carers who support them. Built with Charismatic Care, it turns the day into clear, visual, step-by-step routines, so everyday tasks feel achievable instead of overwhelming. FOR THE PERSON USING IT • My Day — today's routine as friendly picture cards, one task at a time • Step-by-step guidance — each task broken into small steps, with photos, gentle timers and "Read to me" audio • Mood check-ins — tap how you feel, whenever you like • Calm Zone — breathing, sensory scenes and quiet activities for when things feel like too much • Rewards — stars and encouragement for finishing a task • Help — reach a trusted person quickly, and share your location if you need to • Big text, high contrast and read-aloud support throughout FOR THE CARER OR FAMILY • A private dashboard, protected by a sign-in and a PIN • See what has been done today and across the week • Build and edit routines, and add your own photos to any step • Read the mood history and the feedback left after each task • Keep a simple care plan and trusted contacts up to date • Everything syncs securely, so the person's phone and the carer's phone stay in step DESIGNED TO BE KIND No adverts. No noise. No pressure. The colours are soft, the pace is yours, and nothing is timed against you. ACCOUNTS AND PRIVACY The person using the daily app never has to sign in. Only carers and admins sign in, and they only ever see the person they support. You can request deletion of your data at any time. MyNaviLife is a support and organisation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
