You didn't need more effort. You needed training that matches your body. The Movement Athlete assesses where you actually are on the 9 fundamental movements and then further on the journey towards advanced calisthenics skills - then builds every workout from that exact point, and adjusts it as you get stronger. HOW IT WORKS 1. Take the assessment (about 3 minutes). No gym, no equipment needed. 2. Get a plan built for your real starting level — not a generic beginner track. 3. Train. Rate how it felt. The plan adapts to what your body tells it. WHAT YOU GET · 100+ progression levels across the 9 fundamentals, so the next step is always small enough to be safe and big enough to matter · Workouts that fit the time you have, from 15 minutes · Video guidance on every exercise · Skills worth working toward — pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, levers · Training that works around injuries and limitations instead of ignoring them WHO IT'S FOR People who want to be more capable at 50 than they were at 30. Beginners who've been burned by programs that started too hard. Lifters whose joints are asking for something smarter. Anyone rebuilding after an injury. Not just fit. Fully capable.
