If only
The exit or other buttons on the bottom left of workout clips were not so tucked into the corner, this app and most of the training programs in it would be tempting. Thank you for including warm ups and cool downs.

Fonctionnelle, mais il faut un app pour iPad
Fonctionne bien, mais elle mériterait une app pour iPad, c’est trop petit sur l’iPhone..!

Great App, Great Support
The app has a program with reasonable progressions for all sorts of calisthenics.
Like any template, theyre a great resource as fundamentals, but listen to your body whether its in doing more reps or a harder version of a said exercise, or easier/less reps.
The customer support is very responsive and considerate. I’ve been using their products for 3 years now, and the app improvements and high level of customer care have been consistant through my entire experience.

Ease of use
I have shoulder surgery coming up and am limited to leg stretches. Instructor is easy to follow! Impressed with all the workouts and specific training exercises.
