User reviews

Good customer service

The app was alright, just not what I was looking for. I had some trouble cancelling the subscription at first, but when it became a problem the person was very helpful. Although the app wasn’t for me, the customer service was very good.

Excellent content, great execution so far…

I have a lot of respect for Sondre Berg. I like his style of training (very well-thought out but also very simplistic and straight to the point, and made with materials that are strong but also minimally processed, as is typical with Scandinavian design), his views on sustainability that are in tune with nature, simple yet effective product design and the products he helps design and create are very appealing from an engineering and design standpoint especially. I also like that he and his partners forms very close relationships with the folks that make the products.

I assume the people he works with to produce this app are also generally aligned with the same values, and it shows in the design and functionality of this app. All the exercises and programs are demonstrated clearly and organized intuitively. There are a couple things I would suggest changing to help smooth things out but they are very minor. I love this app. So far I’m very glad to have been introduced to it. I even cancelled my Spotify in order to afford the subscription. I believe it will be very well worth it.

Instruction and App Design 10/10

The workouts are incredibly adaptable and varied based on your goals. I am especially impressed by the progression options that really allow you to customize your workout to your abilities in EACH EXERCISE, it’s such an amazing feature.

Additionally, the app runs very smoothly and is one of the better designed user experiences I’ve seen in general, not just for workout apps.

Love it and will keep sending my money!!

Very thorough app. Targets all kinds of muscle systems I didn’t even know of. A lot of thought and work out into this.

My favorite yoga video so far🥰

My body loved being in these new yoga poses.🧘🏾‍♀️ I’ve been doing them every morning so far .the yoga video is very helpful for my upper body stiffness and I just found it easier to follow along without having to look at the screen every few seconds. Thank you.
