Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PKC at 4.0 against WeHere APP's 2.1. PKC also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 10%) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months). WeHere APP's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (34 vs 2). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
