This app is very practical features
Bluetooth connects quickly. Remote password setting saves on-site operations. One-time passwords are ideal for visitor access. Overall experience is excellent.

The app is clunky at best and the add button when attempting to add members is missing due to horrible UI setup

The physical aspect of we here’s product line is ok for most rudimentary applications. However, the user interface on the app is eye gouging to put it simply. The translations are still horrible. The way to do things is not very clear and maybe have the time will the date functionality for timed access want to work with you

Out of date App
Please update & modernise UI. Abilities to limit Guest password keys access to between select hours & days. Would be useful for postman. Ability to restrict password use 1- 4 times per day. Abilities for password timeouts after use. (Example postman use password 12345, then ability to time out password for 15mins before password active again). Please develop app for the smart letterbox as it’s a considerable investment to purchase but app not touched in over 3years !! Could be a 5star

Unable to make a login name says no special characters even when none are being used. Totally useless equipment now.
Bluetooth
I discovered that this app is not compatible with the newer versions of IOS devices and the problem is related to the version of Bluetooth not the version of IOS. Unfortunately the we-here.com website offers no support or a way to even report an issue. I have an iPad Air 4th generation using Bluetooth Version 5.0. It won’t connect to the We-Here lock box. Neither will my brand new iPhone 16. It does work with my iPad mini 6th generation using Bluetooth. It the only one of my IOS devices that will connect to the lockbox consistently.

Terrible
Pairing was simple as long as you use phone numbers to setup account. I tried email and it would never send me the code. When giving other people members status so they can use the app, don’t think it’s going to be great. It redacts most of their phone numbers and there’s no place to put their name. If you have several people who need access to the lock box, you’ll have issues with keeping them organized. Also once you initially set up their account there’s no way to go in and edit their permissions.

No way to register or login. If not fixed I’ll have to return this to Amazon and give you another bad review. No method of reaching support either. Don’t download this app.

Abysmal
I don't know if the app was a high school project for a Chinese kid or what... But the English the app is completely nonsensical. Beyond that, the Bluetooth connectivity is absolutely awful. Our case use has drivers coming in and out of our office for keys to different vehicles all day everyday. Using a static code for each staff member is worthless since it only logs that a static pin was used, not which pin it was. That would be the whole idea of logging this data. Using the pic was the workaround for the terrible bt connectivity, but we're stuck with the drivers coming in and fumbling with their phones until it decided to connect, if it does, and then separately logging which key they took. This app should be used in classes as an example of what terrible ux and functionality.

You don’t need the app to set the code on the particular cabinet I bought. They make you think you need the app so they can get personal info from you.

The app is very simple and it does the job.
However it lacks time schedule option to auto activate/deactivate auto lock feature between preset times.
For example I don’t want auto lock during the day, but I want it to work during the night.

Works Ok
App could use some attention to detail. Primary issue I have is when you are connected remotely via wifi you cannot see if the door is locked or unlocked. Feature is only available via Bluetooth.
loved the fast paring
I only hate that when you want to lock the door it’s locks two times I found it battery consuming over time
