Carb counting made simple. Carb Plate is a carb counter and food tracker for anyone who counts carbohydrates. Search a ~2,000-food database, total any meal in seconds, and keep your meals, calories, glucose readings and insulin records in one private log — no account, no cloud, fully offline. CARB CALCULATOR, NO MENTAL MATH Enter carbs per serving and the number of servings — Carb Plate totals the meal instantly. Tap any of your favorite foods to fill it in a heartbeat. FOOD DATABASE, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Search ~2,000 common foods with full nutrition facts — carbs, calories, protein, fat and fiber — with adjustable serving sizes. Save your go-to foods as favorites and re-log them in a tap. Works fully offline. LOG MEALS, GLUCOSE AND INSULIN Log meals with their carbs and calories, keep a diary of your glucose readings, and record the insulin you take — mealtime and long-acting, each with its own name, time and notes. Carb Plate never suggests or calculates doses; it simply keeps your records organized in one place. CALORIES, SIDE BY SIDE WITH CARBS Every meal you log carries its calories too. The Calories tab totals them against your personal daily goal, breaks down protein, carbs and fat, and groups everything by meal — breakfast through late snack. Set your profile and weight goal, and Carb Plate suggests a daily calorie target — or pick your own number. SEE THE TREND A 7-day glucose chart plots every reading at its real timestamp — meal readings and dose readings — against your target line, in mg/dL or mmol/L. Browse any previous day's meals, calories and doses with the day arrows — your whole history, one tap away. APPLE HEALTH + PDF REPORTS Glucose readings, carbs, calories and insulin records sync to Apple Health, de-duplicated so repeat syncs never create copies. Export a PDF report of any timeframe for your care team. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no cloud, no tracking. Everything lives on your device and in your own Health data. IMPORTANT Carb Plate is an informational tool, not a medical device. It does not calculate or recommend medication doses. Always follow the treatment plan agreed with your healthcare provider.
