Empty fridge? Rainy day? Living in your office? Or just ready to treat yourself? Delivery heroes are standing by to help slay the hunger monster. This app puts nearly over 400 menus from nearby North Carolina restaurants right in the palm of your hand. Make your choice and a delivery hero will hook you up with your favorite food, traffic-free and hassle-free. Choose that awesome dish you love then sit back and relax while we come to you. Status Updates: Once your order is on the way, your app keeps you in the loop. You’ll know the whereabouts and arrival time of your food and can greet it with fork in hand. Order Ahead: We all know that burrito craving will hit you in a week or two. Don’t wait ‘til the last minute. Order as far in advance as you need, and when the time comes we’ll place your order and whisk it to you while you sit back and relax. Order Support: We know that sometimes stuff happens even with trained delivery professionals. If on some rare occasion something goes wrong, we don’t force you to submit a support ticket. If you do need help we’re here, and it will be actual local people from the Tarheel state, many of whom toss around “y’all” like a local. Options: We’re picky about getting you just what you want. Need that burger 4/5ths bacon and 1/5th veggie but labeled for three people? Fine, we don’t judge. We just make it happen. Takeout Central currently serves Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Asheville and Wilmington NC. We partner with hundreds of restaurants to bring you great food when you need it. We’re not scared to drop a few names – they include Mellow Mushroom, P.F. Changs, Med Deli, Moe’s, Spicy 9 and Cornerstone. Get the app and find your favorites

Eat UNC shows you what's actually being served at Chapel Hill's dining halls, so you can decide before you make the walk. MENUS BY HALL, DAY AND MEAL Chase on South Campus and Top of Lenoir on North Campus, broken out by breakfast, lunch and dinner and by station. Swipe the date strip, jump to a day on the calendar, or skip straight to the next day with a published menu when a hall is closed. FULL NUTRITION Calories, protein, fat and carbs on every item, with dietary tags and the full allergen list in a tap. FILTERS THAT FIT HOW YOU EAT Set macro goals — high protein, low calorie, low fat, low carb — and dietary preferences like vegan, vegetarian and halal. Flag allergens you avoid and those items get dimmed rather than hidden, so nothing disappears from the menu without telling you. TOP PICKS With nutrition filters on, the best matches for the current meal are surfaced at the top with a badge explaining why each one made the cut. FAVORITES AND ALERTS Star the foods you actually want. Turn on alerts and your phone tells you the morning a favorite is on the menu, and the evening before. Every notification is generated on your device — nothing is pushed from a server. SEARCH AND SORT Search the whole day at once, and sort by recommended, calories, protein or name. NO ACCOUNT, NO TRACKING There is nothing to sign up for. Favorites and filters stay on your phone. The app collects no personal data and contains no ads or analytics. Eat UNC is an unofficial, independently built app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or Carolina Dining Services. Menu and nutrition information comes from UNC Dining's published data and may change without notice — always check posted allergen information at the dining hall before eating if you have a food allergy.
