This screen then shows a log of all the participant's rewards, and they can withdraw their rewards to a payment account.

Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Cordis@hand at free against DiagnosUs's free with in-app purchases. Cordis@hand also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 79%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0). DiagnosUs's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 35) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for DiagnosUs against 4.9 for Cordis@hand. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DiagnosUs has 1K ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of DiagnosUs's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cordis@hand's.
DiagnosUs ships an update fortnightly, Cordis@hand every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
