Verdict
The clearest difference is price: DiagnosUs at Free against Radiology Technique Simulator's $1.99. DiagnosUs also leads on rating (4.8 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (1K vs 5). Radiology Technique Simulator's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

DiagnosUs is free to download; Radiology Technique Simulator costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
DiagnosUs holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DiagnosUs has 1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
