Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: DENRP Tip at 5.0 against Hele's 2.7. DENRP Tip also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 17 months). Hele's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
