"This app is intended for use by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) members. The Absence Management Services provides convenient access to our easy-to-use absence platform so you can request, track and manage your absence on-the-go by: • Reporting your leave time • Opening a new request • Downloading forms and documents associated with your request • Checking the status of a request • Finding answers to frequently asked questions • Updating your own request information • Working on behalf of your employees (for managers and supervisors) FMLASource is a separate company that administers absence management services on behalf of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. The Absence Management Services App is created, established and maintained by FMLASource.
