Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Freson Bros. at every 2 months against CanList's every 19 months. Freson Bros. also leads on review sentiment (10% vs 0%) and device support (3 vs 1). CanList's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
