ZContinuous Feedback is the app that enables company employees to send, request and view feedback on their own work performance and on the performance of other colleagues. Download it to smartphone to: - send feedback to your colleagues; - view the feedback received with the app; - request feedback from other colleagues about themselves or others; The ZContinuous Feedback app is the mobile extension of the Continuous Feedback feature, part of the Human Resources Compensation and Assessment software, the solution dedicated to the company's compensation and assessment processes. With the ZContinuous Feedback app it is possible to manage all the feedback processes that exist at the company; through the app it is in fact possible to manage spontaneous feedback, feedback requested by another person as well as feedback requested by the Human Resources department. Who it is addressed to The ZContinuous Feedback App is for employees of companies that have already activated the Continuous Feedback feature of the Human Resources Compensation and Assessment software. Operational notes In order for the application to work properly, the company must have previously purchased the Human Resources Compensation and Assessment solution, and activated the Continuous Feedback (v. 07.05.99 or higher) feature and the HR Portal (v. 08.08.00 or higher) by enabling individual workers to use it. Technical requirements – Server Compensation and Human Resources Assessment v. 07.05.99 or higher. HR Portal v. 08.08.00 or higher. Technical requirements – Device. iOS 12.4.5 or higher.
