About

DoseWise

Features

Most GLP-1 apps stop at "log your shot." DoseWise is built for the two things that actually decide how your journey goes: staying on therapy through the rough weeks, and keeping your muscle while the scale drops. TRACK YOUR WAY OF DOSING • Weekly injections, daily pills, or both — a second medication with DoseWise Plus • Clinician-prescribed split-dose schedules, recorded exactly as written • Titration plans: record your clinician's schedule and see the dose-increase weeks you entered • Injection-site rotation with a clear next-in-rotation marker • 5-minute time precision, gentle streaks, zero shame for missed doses UNDERSTAND YOUR SIDE EFFECTS • Log 13 symptom types in two taps — including under-recognized ones like cycle changes and chills • Honest pattern cards: "7 of your 9 nausea logs happened within 48 hours after a dose" • Evidence-based education tips keyed to what you actually log • Optional, fully private cycle tracking PROTECT YOUR MUSCLE • A daily protein target with 10-second portion logging — not a calorie counter • Resistance-training check-ins and weekly consistency • Weight chart with a 7-day average line; waist and lean-mass trends with DoseWise Plus • "Don't forget to eat" reminders for when food noise goes quiet BRING YOUR DOCTOR IN • A one-page PDF report (DoseWise Plus): weight curve, dose history, side-effect summary, protein average PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no server, no analytics — your data lives on your device and your iCloud • Apple Health only if you turn it on: weight sync reads and writes body weight; optional nutrition sync reads dietary protein and water read-only (never written back) • Export your records as CSV with DoseWise Plus — your data stays on your device either way DoseWise records what you and your clinician decide — it never gives dosage recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment advice. Educational content is general information, not medical advice. Free forever: dose logging, reminders, weight tracking, site rotation. DoseWise Plus (subscription) adds insights, the doctor report, the muscle module, CSV export, and multi-medication support. 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. DoseWise Plus is an auto-renewable subscription: • DoseWise Plus Monthly — 1 month — $6.99/month • DoseWise Plus Yearly — 1 year — $39.99/year (7-day free trial) Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price each period unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
