Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SurryontheGo at 5.0 against Campus Parent's 1.9. SurryontheGo also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). Campus Parent's advantage is ratings volume (2.7K vs 1) and chart position (#58 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
