a fasting timer with no account, no cloud, and no ads. everything it records stays on the phone. this is how it works: the rings — each fills toward a target: 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours without food. a completed ring keeps going; the brighter it is, the more laps behind it. the zones — anabolic, catabolic, lipolysis, ketosis, deep ketosis: named and explained as you pass through, the next counting down under the timer. the badge — allow notifications and the app icon carries the hours of the current fast; a live activity holds it on the lock screen. the log — every fast and break, day by day, with charts by zone and a timeline by length. move a late start by tapping the elapsed time; history reorders itself. csv export any time; delete anything and it's gone. nofood is a timer, not medical advice.
