Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Stage Timer at none against OpusClip's 3. Stage Timer also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 16.0). OpusClip's advantage is ratings volume (8.7K vs 11) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price and review sentiment there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OpusClip sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $15.00 per month. Stage Timer asks for nothing beyond the download.
OpusClip holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OpusClip has 8.7K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Stage Timer's written reviews are positive against 80% of OpusClip's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
