Equisoft es una aplicación desarrollada por Equirent S.A. con la cual el cliente podrá tener el control administrativo de la flota propia o alquilada, en ella usted señor(a) usuario tendrá la opción de realizar operaciones de: - Ver el historial de kilometrajes u horas de su vehículo, maquinaria o componente especial, ya sea de forma parcial o completa de tal forma que pueda estar al tanto de los mantenimientos si así bien lo considera necesario. - Reportar recorridos en kilómetros u horas de su flota de tal forma que el sistema y nuestros administradores de flota puedan realizar una proyección de mantenimientos más exacto y así poder programar los mantenimientos preventivos con antelación. - Ver la proyección de mantenimientos preventivos con el fin de que que usted como cliente de nuestra empresa Equirent S.A. pueda programar o realizar cambios en su operación con mayor facilidad sin que ésta se vea afectada. -Contactar al administrador de su vehículo para solicitudes como: Mantenimientos, lavados, reportar incidentes, deshinches, entre otros. - Realizar la inspección preoperacional de su vehículo. - Realizar la descarga de facturas mediante lectura de código QR y/o de barras, (Esto para empleados internos de la compañía).
