Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LGSPA at 4.3 against D's 2.8. D's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (67 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
