SwIFTA Sheet calculates your quarterly IFTA fuel tax in minutes — not hours. Enter your miles and fuel purchases, and the app does the rest: fleet MPG, fuel consumed per state, tax owed or credited, all 48 US states and 10 Canadian provinces. Built for owner-operators who file their own IFTA returns. No accounting degree required. WHY SwIFTA SHEET? The leading free IFTA calculator hasn't been updated since 2019 and crashes constantly. GPS-based fleet tools charge $10-20/month for something you only need four times a year. Spreadsheets take hours and create audit risk. SwIFTA Sheet is the fix: a reliable, affordable tool purpose-built for quarterly IFTA filing. WHAT YOU GET - Current tax rates for all IFTA jurisdictions, updated every quarter - Daily miles tracking by state with odometer readings - Fuel purchase log with diesel, gasoline, LNG, CNG, and propane support - Reefer fuel tracked separately (as IFTA requires) - Automatic IFTA tax calculation with full math breakdown - Audit-ready PDF export you can email or print - Filing deadline reminders so you never miss a due date - 4 years of records retained (IFTA's minimum requirement) - "Explain This" breakdowns showing exactly how every number was calculated - Non-IFTA and exempt miles tracking WORKS OFFLINE Every feature works without an internet connection. Enter miles at a truck stop, log fuel at the pump, run calculations on the road. Your data stays on your device — no account, no cloud, no tracking. OPTIONAL GPS TRACKING Turn on GPS and SwIFTA Sheet automatically detects and records state line crossings while you drive. No manual entry needed — your miles are tracked by state in the background. Completely optional — you can always enter miles manually instead. SIMPLE PRICING Start with a free 30-day trial — full access, no restrictions. Then pick your option: - $14.99 one-time purchase unlocks the app forever, includes 12 months of tax rate updates $4.99/year optional subscription keeps rates current after that. - $24.99 for lifetime rate updates if you already bought the app - $39.99 for the app and lifetime rate updates No recurring fees are required. If your rate subscription lapses, you keep every feature and use your cached rates — nothing gets locked. PRIVACY FIRST No analytics collected. No tracking. No third-party software. No account creation. Your miles, fuel purchases, and receipt photos never leave your device unless you choose to export or back up to your own iCloud. We literally cannot see your data. BUILT FOR DRIVERS Large tap targets for use at fuel stops. Core actions reachable in two taps. Dark mode support. Available in English and Spanish. Every screen designed for working drivers, not accountants. FILING DEADLINES Q1: April 30 | Q2: July 31 | Q3: October 31 | Q4: January 31 Download now and file your next quarter with confidence.
