Better but missing 1 thing!
This app has gotten SO much better than it was a in the past! One thing I have seen on other delivery apps is the ability to take/add short videos. Videos of <10 secs is a nice feature, this app would be perfect if that could be added!

Worst Delivery App By Far
Ive been using this app for 3 years and they never manage to fully fix the apps bugs. It takes for ever to load the stops and to go through with them since it doesn’t register when you tap on the screen sometimes. Sometimes you can be at the customers home trying to close a stop and it wont load. Honestly went down hill after their user interface update about 2yrs ago. Other apps I’ve used like Bringg have way faster response time compared to this one. Kind of disappointing the developers cant get it together after so long.

It’s like the developers sit and ask themselves every week “How can we make this app worse?”. Extremely slow and glitchy app makes work unnecessarily difficult

Worst app ever. Super slow to work with. It doesnt help you while you are working it just makes everything super bad. I dont know how someone can work with this useless app. Doesnt save any picture. Its always synchronizing data and drains your battery.
Lagging app
This app lags too much, when you take pictures it will restart your camera and no picture was saved, too slow…….. takes a long time to upload, from time to time it will freeze and not let you do anything; worst part is it’s always tracking your location and DRAINS YOUR PHONE BATTERY FAST. When I use my phone in regular time it will last all day, when I use this app 3 hours it’s at 17%

Glitches, fails to upload
The worst part about this app is that for no reason, it will randomly fail to upload job completion photos. Even worse, management refuses to pay you if their app fails and you fail to take photos outside of the app.

This is the worst app I have ever used. If you like freeze up and glitchy screens this is definitely the app for you.
Background location 24/7
Disgusting app that wants to keep track of you at all times… why do I have to change location to always allow instead when I’m using the app. Disgusting information collection and privacy concern

Not good for privacy , i don’t want this app have my all time background access, if i change it to ONLY WHILE USING APP than app not working and with always new update its log out , if we r in middle of delivery and about to close and if update came its log out and first need to update and again login , not good at all, so bad app for privacy
