Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ling at 4.6 against Chechen M(A)L's 4.0. Ling also leads on ratings volume (16K vs 1) and chart position (#65 vs unranked). Chechen M(A)L's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 61%) and in-app purchases (none vs 22). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ling sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Chechen M(A)L asks for nothing beyond the download.
Ling holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ling has 16K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Ling's written reviews are positive against 100% of Chechen M(A)L's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
