Verdict
PPIHX DB App and BehaviorLive both sit at 3.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of PPIHX DB App's written reviews are positive against 78% of BehaviorLive's. BehaviorLive's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (29 vs 3). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
BehaviorLive holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BehaviorLive has 29 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of PPIHX DB App's written reviews are positive against 78% of BehaviorLive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PPIHX DB App ships an update every 2 weeks, BehaviorLive every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
