Pine guides you through deep breathing exercises and meditation on your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, and now with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for quick access. Pine features different breathing exercises, each designed to target different types of stress, anxiety, fatigue, and depression. Pine lets you build your own sessions to structure your practice exactly how you like it. Pine has a personal journal built right in, so you can record the daily events throughout your day. The journal also features an emotions log and Apple's State of Mind tracking, so you can record your mood, the thoughts or events behind it, and see how you're really doing over time, right alongside the rest of your data in the Health app. Challenges give you a simple way to build a lasting breathing and meditation habit, one session at a time.
