The clearest difference is rating: Isla Del Sol YCC at 5.0 against Modern Forms's 4.2. Isla Del Sol YCC also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Modern Forms's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
