Asset Data Collection vs Doc Reports

The Asset Data Collection application is used to help building engineers perform fill out and preview information associated with industrial equipment in large facilities. User can register themselves to the device using their LINQ user account QR code provided by their administrator. Equipment forms are mapped to unique QR codes that will be placed on their respective equipment. All data is saved to the users device so that it can operate without a network connection and alerts the user when they connection is lost or available. When the user submits the data offline, the data will be pushed when the user gets a network connection when in the foreground, The form are submitted to the cloud and can be previewed, edited, and synced.

It is an application designed to keep track of box collections that are stored within our company’s facilities. It also keeps track of the unloading of the collected boxes with a record of where it is stored. This application is provided as an additional feature to protect the documents we will be scanning. Our clientele are dealerships within the Automotive Industry. In order for our application to be as accurate as possible, we require that it implements device features such as a camera to keep track of the boxes being collected, Qr scanning and barcodes that relate to the boxes. It is also required to make use of the location of the device to be able to keep track of where the boxes are collected. In this way we can ensure that there is no mismatch of boxes collected versus boxes stored. This application is provided only to those in charge of the box collection routes. For the creation of an account, it must be implemented through a hiring processing and provided by the company once completed. The app is only intended to be used by our company employees. This app is not intended for the general public therefore, there is no features they can purchase. It is only intended to be used within our Company to our clientele, which is the Automotive Industry.
