About

Kyklo

Features

The workout tracker and timer built for CrossFit-style training. Strength, AMRAPs, EMOMs, and metcons in one session, with clocks that run themselves and last week's numbers already sitting on the screen. Was it 60 lbs last week, or 65? Five rounds, or six? Guessing isn't progress, it's just repeating a number and hoping. Kyklo remembers every set, every round, every score — shows you what you did last time, then gets out of the way while you try to beat it. BUILD THE WHOLE SESSION Back squats at 80%. A twelve-minute AMRAP. An alternating EMOM to finish. Program it once and walk in already knowing every weight, interval, and rest period. No whiteboard photo, no spreadsheet, no Notes app between rounds. THE CLOCK RUNS ITSELF Rest starts the second you rack the bar. The EMOM counts your intervals and tells you what's next. The AMRAP counts down and asks for your score the moment it hits zero. A 3-2-1 plays over your music without touching the volume, so your phone stays in your pocket, screen off, the whole workout. LOG IN ONE TAP Weights are already filled in. Tick the set, it's saved. Score an AMRAP in rounds and reps, the way you'd chalk it on the board. Missed a lift? Mark it failed and move on — no need to explain yourself to an app. EVERY MOVEMENT, HOWEVER IT'S MEASURED Reps, time, distance, calories. Runs, rows, sled pushes, and wall balls sit in the same session as your barbell work. Hyrox sim on Saturday, heavy squats on Monday. Same app either way. BEAT LAST TIME Duration, volume, planned against done. Walk into your next session with the number to beat already on the screen. Turn a good one into a template in one tap, and share the card when it's worth bragging about. MADE FOR HOW YOU TRAIN Kg or lbs, km or miles. A built-in exercise library, your own movements, or both. Percentages off a rep max you've actually hit — not one you're hoping you could still hit. Stop guessing. Download Kyklo.
