2 issues- Every time I use the app I run into an error. Can't apply promo codes, can't renew subscriptions and more. It makes managing my orders difficult.
- I just had to enter my credit card information six times. My attempts to get support for the problem were fruitless.
Requested features
1 request- Rewards program needed to contact customer support to get any rewards. Second not seeing what the rewards are doesn't show nor will the icon ever appear, when it does goes to descriptions of reward program and tells you to log in. Doing complete full circles.
