Smart Clinic is your personal occupational health and wellbeing service, accessible directly from your iPhone. You’ll be connected to one of our specialist clinicians via a videoconference. The Smart Clinic is a revolutionary way of accessing occupational health and wellbeing services, pioneered by APL Health. It works just like a normal occupational health clinic. You’ll still see one of our dedicated clinicians, however rather than having to travel to one of our locations, you have a videoconference using your phone. We don’t insist on lengthy waits or difficult journeys to see us – we’ll bring our services to you. From the comfort of your living room, a meeting room at work or a beach, as long as you have access to the internet you have access to us. If you already have an appointment booked with one of our specialists, you can login to the app, or setup an account to view and attend your upcoming appointments.

About

Allowing

Features

Allowing is the companion app to the book OCD: Conditions for Allowing. It is an account-based app: you sign in with your email address and a six-digit code, and it opens. There is nothing to enrol in and nothing to arrange. WHAT IT IS FOR The moments that are hard to be with β€” the ones the book is about, happening to you at the time they happen rather than on the page afterwards. The app is two taps from that moment, wherever you are in it. It opens into a conversation rather than a form, and it closes when you are done. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It never performs, congratulates, or urges. It opens, guides, and closes. There are no streaks, no scores, no percentages, no badges, and no counts of days. Nothing asks you to rate how that went, and nothing tells you that you missed anything. Come back after a fortnight and the app will say nothing about the fortnight. This build sends no notifications at all. Allowing is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. For medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, consult a healthcare professional. conditionsforallowing.com
