Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Sofa Time at 4.7 against iTVShows's 1.0. Sofa Time also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (2.5K vs 2). iTVShows's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
