From walks and runs to cycling and strength training, keep a record of the movement that fits your day. SEE YOUR TRENDS Review food, exercise and body measurements on the calendar. See estimated calorie balance from intake, basal metabolism, daily activity and exercise. Follow calorie, weight and body fat charts over time to understand your own patterns. MAKE IT YOURS • Personal profile, goals and optional reminders • Chinese and English, unit preferences and themes • Local use or Sign in with Apple • Optional Apple Health and iCloud sync • Layouts for iPhone and iPad, with two columns on the unfolded iPhone Duo in landscape Start with one record today, and build your own rhythm.
