WOTools is very easy to use and straightforward. Select the timer duration thanks to list of a pre-defined values (that you may customise), or from a wheel. The timer remembers the last duration you selected. Select the sound to be played when the timer is over (25 sounds are available). Modify the bar weight as simply as it is to input the total weight and to calculate which plates to put on each side of a bar, given a set of available plates (that you may customise). 1RM is calculated along with a table of percentages that will be useful for your training program. Choose the algorithm that provides the results that best suit you. Select a picture or a photo of yours to be used as a wallpaper in WOTools. WOTools is compatible with iOS 13 Dark Mode. WOTools works perfectly well without any internet connection.
