Both are free to download. QRat sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Dictator Speech to Text asks for nothing beyond the download.
QRat holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dictator Speech to Text has 28 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Dictator Speech to Text's written reviews are positive against 44% of QRat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
