The app tracks closing rates, average job type ticket amount, equipment age, brand, and type in the data base. Quoted but not closed job types appear in a report daily so follow-up calls can be made for a last chance effort to close the sale. The data base includes customer address information to send promotional and marketing collateral to solicit sales opportunities. Real time commission tracking is available allowing the technician and manager to track commissions instantly.
