With the MyCC311 App, City of Corpus Christi services are at your fingertips. You can submit service requests, find information, and communicate with the City of Corpus Christi 24/7. Report problems such as potholes, graffiti, tall grass, illegal dumping, and more. Request New Water and Gas Utility Service; Request Additional Garbage and Recycle Carts and more. Citizens and visitors may also call 311 to speak to a Customer Service Representative. 311 is a non-emergency line and should be used in situations that do not involve a crime in progress or an immediate threat to people, animals, or property.
