Enables employees at client companies of Marketplace Care Canada immediate and easy access to their assigned Care Team. Users enter their Company ID# (provided by their HR department or Marketplace Representative) to gain access to interface with their Care Team members via phone, text, and/or email. Additional ebooks, videos and other resources pertaining to a myriad of life issues are available by category for users to browse and use exclusively through MCare Canada app. The information shared with team members via this app is strictly confidential unless there is a direct threat to a life, information about harming someone or if a law is being broken. Requires a consistent internet connection to work. Periodically an optional webinar may be scheduled by your company related to wellness, life issues, and other related topics. These webinars, as well as usage of the Employee Care Service, is not required by management but is simply being made available to all employees without expense.

GrittyWork is an innovative app that aims to capture healthcare worker perception of workload and environments. The app pairs these data with electronic workload measures in the electronic health record to gain a more comprehensive evaluation of work experience of healthcare workers through objective and subjective measures. This approach offers the opportunity for real-time insights into workloads, work patterns, and the impact of work design on healthcare worker health and performance outcomes, including patient care and organizational outcomes. GrittyWork is utilized by organizations to capture real-time perceptions of the clinical work environment. Individual healthcare workers enrolled in GrittyWork will receive push notifications periodically to assess workplace conditions. The app then pairs this data with job performance data as well as patient and organizational data. The goal of GrittyWork is to detect when work design may be causing harm and to optimize work design for the best healthcare worker, patient, and organizational outcomes.
