Train with a plan that fits you • Create a personal training plan built on current training principles around your equipment, available time, and focus • Choose whether you train at home, in a home gym, or at the gym • Decide whether to spread your workouts flexibly across the week or train on fixed days • Focus on upper body, lower body, or a balanced split • If you prefer to plan for yourself, you can also create your sessions manually 2.)
