Speedometer lets you determine the exact speed of all types of transport. The app shows the current, average and maximum speed, and tracks the distance traveled. For usability purposes, the app features a projection display mode and displays your current location on the map. Both miles per hour (mph) and kilometers per hour (km/h) are supported as speed measurement units. The app uses your phone’s GPS to accurately determine your speed. Therefore, access to your location is required for proper operation. Key features: • Determine the current, average and maximum speed in imperial/metric measurement units; • Measure the distance traveled; • Track location on a map; • Calculate the acceleration time; • Windscreen projection display mode; • Speed limit control mode. Visual and sound effects will warn you if the established speed limit is exceeded; • Simple user interface. You can purchase an auto-renewable subscription to get full access. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same price and the duration period depends on the selected plan (weekly, monthly, yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off the auto-renewal feature at any time by changing your account settings.
