The Groundwork - this is a good place to start where we meditate on Being Still, Being Present and other basic principles of meditation and life. 2. The World - issues that face the world as a whole - Justice, Peace, Nature 3. Life's Journey - meditations on what we personally can face through life - suffering, forgiveness, love 4.
