LifeNudge is a haptic focus tether for Apple Watch. Set an anchor at your workspace; as you physically move away, the watch delivers an escalating haptic "tether" that nudges you back, easing as you return. - Set your anchor with one tap. - Feel a gentle pull as you drift—stronger the farther you go. - All sensing and haptics run on-device. No account, no network, no data leaves your devices. This iPhone app lets you understand and feel the mechanic, and walks you through setup; the focus tether itself runs independently on your Apple Watch. Built privacy-first for deep, distraction-resistant work.
