Quick License Manager is a companion app that allows existing QLM Portal customers to manage their license keys from a mobile device. To use the QLM Mobile App, you must have QLM Portal User licenses. Each licensed QLM Portal user is entitled to install and use the QLM Mobile App on his/her phone.
