Safe Place is an app for children and young people with a focus on strengthening mental health. Safe Place offers both concrete exercises that can help the body, emotions and thoughts to calm down in the moment and that can also be helpful in the longer run. In Safe Place you will find knowledge and information about how you can feel and react when you are experiencing stressful situations or if you have had such experiences before. It is important to know that Safe Place is not a form of treatment and can not replace a psychological treatment. Safe Place is a safe space for you who experience or have previously experienced frightening events or strong stress. It is common to feel bad when one is involved in such experiences, also much later. Here you will find exercises that can help you deal with emotions and thoughts in the moment. They can also help in the long run if used regularly. Sometimes more help and support is needed to be able to feel better again and then it is important that you talk to an adult. In the app you will get: • Exercises that can calm and help in the moment • A personal feel good list that can support you in doing things you enjoy • Feedback on how long you have been using the exercises • Knowledge and information about how strong experiences and stress can affect the body and mind. • Support and fellowship with others who use Safe Place

Beer in. Miles out. Free, with no account and no subscription. The in-app purchases are a tip jar: buy the developer a beer if you like. Nothing is unlocked. Beer vs Jog keeps track of the balance between the beers you drink and the miles you run. Log the beer when you've had it and the run when you're home — the needle on the home screen shows right away whether you're up or down. Below zero you have a beer debt, and the app converts it into how far you need to run. Above zero you have beer in the bank. HOW IT WORKS • Two taps to log a beer: size and style. Calories are worked out from alcohol content and residual sugar. • Two taps to log a run: distance, and time if you like. Burn is worked out from your body weight. • The balance is burned minus consumed — shown in beers, with the calories as the receipt. • Had wine, or went for a ride? Cider, wine, cocktails and spirits are converted into beers, and walks, rides, swims, strength sessions and other workouts into running. FEATURES • A gauge that swings between beer and running • Cider, wine, cocktails and spirits — converted into beers • Walking, cycling, swimming, strength and other workouts — converted into running • Enter the time and how hard you went, or the workout's calories from your watch • Quick log for what you usually drink and do • Day-by-day history you can edit afterwards • Stats: calories per day, the balance over time and a total for each kind • Custom period — see how the holiday went • Today, seven days, or all time • iCloud sync across your devices • Metric or imperial units • English and Swedish The numbers are estimates, not medical advice. Drink in moderation and run with joy.
