It's a really good app, no bugs or anything it just helps me sleep or calm down, I would totally recommended this app because it's also free

I downloaded this app because I wanted to find an anxiety relief app that was completely free. This one was the only one I could find. I was pretty skeptical at first considering the fact the app had no reviews, but I decided to try it anyway! Right of the bat the app was so aesthetically pleasing;with the pretty colors scheme they chose and the app icon! I immediately made myself an account there were so many cool and unique exercises and I thought that this app was so good that I needed to pay, but nope, it’s completely free! One feature I thought was super cool was the “my sleep” feature where you got to create your own planet. You get to pick the color, music, and sounds to add to the planet; then once you finished that you are able to listen to for about an hour to help you fall asleep! Anyways what I’m trying to say is, if you’re looking for a completely free anxiety relief app, Safe Place is definitely a great choice! 🧡🩵❤️

i have adhd and autism and this app has really helped me calm down, especially the deep breathing feature as i have previously found this tricky! i had an idea of a new feature you could add that is basically a scene you can watch with or without music or sound…some scene ideas i had were:
fish tank
pond/river
jungle
city
it would be so cool if you could add this!
also it would be awesome if a developer responded to this!
